I usualy just sign my paintings or drawings W.A.S.. Sometimes I do the full thing. But don't think it's because I don't care, it couldn't be further from the truth. I have been drawing since I was 8, I have been painting since I was about 15, though not much till I was 17. Alot of my early works were destroyed by some well meaning relatives and time. See, they thought that I wasn't going to grow up and be a man if I kept dabling in art, thought I'd give up. They have set me back and made it ahrd for me to find my way ,but I keep looking. I keep painting and drawing. Oils, acrylics, water colors, pencil, pen and ink. I will find my way or my way will find me.

I am a dad with 2 wonderful kids and a great woman that I married. Boys 5 and 3.5 yrs respectively. My Anna doesn't understand it but she is coming along. My boys want me to show them and my nephew is trying his hand at art. I am putting myself into this as much for them as I am for myself. I will never stop, I am to unhappy when I do, I love the act of creation, taking it from your mind and putting it out for everyone to see.

No I don't paint alot of landscapes, or still lifes, landscapes, etc.... Think about a still life. It may be beutifully done but it is still, it is  dead. And I don't get a kick out of them, I like to make everyone think about what I was thinking! I am sure that someday I will find something in a vase or a flower pot nice enough to ocupy my time but till then get inside my head for awhile, see my dreams, my nightmares, the things that make me happy, my perspective. Oh and I have a penchant for Sci-Fi and fantasy also, and the occaisional abstract.
