| Hey folks, I was just out at the park today with my boys. Didn't get any pictures though. Above is from an outing a few months ago. These boys are two of the three most important people in the world to me. While we were out we came across a great special event at the ball field in Highspire,Pa. They were having a "Bikers 'n' Belly Dancers" event to raise money for the fight against breast cancer. I just lost my mom last year to this disease. If you see an event donate what you can! Even though we did not have the fee they wanted for a diner we gave all we had on us between me and the boys and watched a little of the show before we went back to throwing the football around. It was really nice, all the dancers were survivors of breast cancer. I had to leave though, I had tears starting and that pain came rushing up, I loved my mother even though I do not think she new it near the end. Kind of hard explaining to an almost seven year old and a five year old why Daddy's crying when he's watching the pretty dancers.
Make as many connections as you can with the people in your lives cause they won't always be there. Forgive people, and don't let this box be a substitute for meeting people out there in the real world.
